Audience Journey

Audience Journey is a mobile-first UX project focused on introducing students to conversion paths and attention-driven design. Students began by creating a fictional band and developing a basic brand system, including a logo, color palette, and typography.

Using this identity, students designed a three-step conversion path that guided users toward subscribing to an exclusive, members-only playlist through a sequence of promotional emails. The project emphasized above-the-fold mobile design, challenging students to clearly communicate value, exclusivity, and calls to action within the limited space of a mobile screen.

Students sketched and built wireframes, then created interactive prototypes in Adobe XD or Figma that allowed users to click through the full experience. Supporting social media posts extended the campaign and reinforced the band’s visual identity. As an early project in the course, the assignment helped students build confidence in mobile UX, prototyping, and user-centered communication.
